As used below, “HM” shall mean Happenings Media and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns, and “Attendee” shall mean any individual attendee, volunteer, or visitor involved with an event in which HM is hosting, demonstrating, or participating.
There is a zero-tolerance policy with regards to the use or possession of illegal drugs and other banned substances. Any guests found to be in possession of an illegal substance will be asked to leave the property immediately.
Guests may not violate any local, municipal, state or federal ordinances with the respect to use the land, noise or any ordinances. The Attendee grants to HM the right to photograph, videotape, or otherwise digitally collect my likeness, voice, and sounds during participation at any HM event. Further, any such material collected may be used in advertising or other promotions without any further consideration to me or any limitations whatsoever. The Attendee being fully cognizant of the risks in participating in any event hereby assumes the risks of bodily injury and property damage inherent in such participation. The Attendee hereby waives any claims or causes of action, which may now or hereafter have against HM or any associated entity arising out of participation, and will indemnify and hold harmless HM or any associated entity against any and all claims resulting from such participation. The Attendee hereby waives any claims or causes of action, which may now or hereafter have against the owners or any of their associated entities of the facility where the event is held, and will indemnify and hold harmless any and all claims resulting from such participation. In the event the Attendee should sustain injuries or illness while involved in a HM event, the Attendee hereby authorizes HM to administer, or cause to be administered, such first aid or other treatment and medications that the Attendee may bring as may be necessary under the circumstances, to include treatment by a physician or hospital of HM's choice.
